Musicians & Performances
Bushy Creek Makers’ Fair runs on community effort
Performance is an important part of the Bushy Creek Makers’ Fair.
Across the weekend visitors will encounter music and performances throughout the park - from relaxed acoustic sets to theatre, performance art and the Saturday evening dinner dance in the Geraghty Park Hall.
Our aim is to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere where creativity can be shared across the community.
What We’re Looking for
Bushy Creek Makers’ Fair welcomes expressions of interest from performers including:
• acoustic musicians
• small bands and ensembles
• circus and street performers
• theatre and storytelling
• dance and movement artists
• spoken word and poetry
The program will include a mix of curated performances and informal acts that add to the atmosphere of the Fair.
Performance Spaces
Performances will take place in several spaces across the Fair including:
• the main indoor stage in the Hall
• smaller acoustic areas outdoor and around the bar area
• the campfire gathering space
Programming will be designed to create a relaxed flow across the day.
Supporting Performers
